• This ceramic lemon vase is modeled after the plump shape of a ripe lemon. The craftsman meticulously replicated the vivid texture of the late summer lemon. The lemon yellow glaze covering the entire vase is not monotonous but rather diffuses a gradient of depth and variation in the kiln fire. The area near the bottle mouth has a translucent pale yellow hue, as if the fruit's skin has been kissed by the sun and is covered with a thin layer of frost. The middle section of the vase has a warm honey yellow tone, while the bottom subtly spreads a touch of pale orange, resembling the natural color transition of the fruit's growth.

• The surface of the vase deliberately retains the delicate texture of hand-pulling. The spiral-shaped fruit stem marks extend from the bottle mouth and gently curve downward.
