A2: We can deliver samples within 15 days. For complex custom designs or special finishes, it may take 20-25 days. Sample costs are usually refundable upon placement of bulk orders.
Q3: Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
A3: Yes! We offer both OEM and ODM services. Our in-house design team of 15+ professionals can create custom designs based on your specifications, logos, colors, and packaging requirements.
Q4: What quality certifications do you have?

Q5: What are your payment terms?
A5: We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C is available for orders over $10,000.

A6: Daily capacity of 200+ pieces. Large batch orders (10,000+ pieces) can be delivered within 30 days. Our factory covers 3,000 square meters with complete production lines.

Q8: How do you ensure product quality?
