A1: Our MOQ is 50 pieces per design. We understand that many buyers want to test new products before committing to larger orders, so we also offer small batch trial production. For customized designs, the MOQ may vary based on complexity.
Q2: What is your sample lead time?
A2: We can deliver samples within 15 days. For complex custom designs or special finishes, it may take 20-25 days. Sample costs are usually refundable upon placement of bulk orders.
Q3: Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
A3: Yes! We offer both OEM and ODM services. Our in-house design team of 15+ professionals can create custom designs based on your specifications, logos, colors, and packaging requirements.
Q4: What quality certifications do you have?
A4: We are SGS and TU certified. Our products maintain a 99.5%+ quality qualification rate, and we have accumulated 120+ patents for unique designs and manufacturing processes.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A5: We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C is available for orders over $10,000.
Q6: What is your production capacity?
A6: Daily capacity of 200+ pieces. Large batch orders (10,000+ pieces) can be delivered within 30 days. Our factory covers 3,000 square meters with complete production lines.
Q7: Can you ship to our country?
A7: Yes, we ship worldwide. We have served 500+ global clients across 30+ countries including USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, and Japan.
Q8: How do you ensure product quality?
A8: We implement three-stage QC: (1) Raw material inspection, (2) In-process checks, (3) Final inspection before packaging. Each product is photographed before shipping.
Q9: What packaging options do you offer?
A9: Options include white box, color box, gift box, and custom branding. Each piece is wrapped with bubble wrap and foam to ensure safe transportation.
